When properly stored the fragrance oils have a shelf life of 2-3 years. Our bottle color minimizes the potential damage to the fragrance oil composition and prolongs storage; translucent amber is the ideal spectrum to protect against UV light radiation. To maximize shelf life the fragrances are bottled on order.

Misimu Yote fragrances are alcohol free. We use premium, sturdy cardboard for our perfume and complimentary delivery box, which are manufactured with eco-friendly material which is fully recyclable.

We have a 7 day return policy,which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will email or text you confirmation of your order, payment and shipping status immediately when you checkout and payment has been processed. You'll get shipping and delivery status by text with a link to track your shipment once your parcel is shipped. An order needs to be placed for processing to begin on the same day not later than 3p.m. Orders that miss cutoff time are not processed until the next following business day.

Please be advised that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays.

Shipping is free to main cities and delivery of the order will take 2-4 working days. Outlying areas delivery cost will be charged on checkout and will give you an expected delivery time for the order. A shipping update with your tracking number will be sent via SMS once your parcel is out for delivery. In the case of a delivery exception i.e., no one to receive the order, traffic delay etc., you will get an update about the re-scheduled delivery times.

Kindly note we deliver in SA only, and your fragrance will be shipped within 3 days after the order is confirmed as we bottle on order.

Main cities are: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit, George, Pietersburg. Please note you need to input onto system appropriately - transactions where a main city is selected instead of the correct suburb will be reversed as this will result in free shipping.

We charge for re-delivery if the exception is based on an incorrect address or order could not be received

As part of the maturing process we allow for a 5 day period for the molecules to
bond after bottling an order.
